As Managing Partner of WWR Properties and Hogan Enterprises, Walter Hogan brings a talent for identifying opportunity and managing large-scale business interests. Educated at the University of Washington, Walter Hogan first served as an Army officer before building a multi-million dollar chain of restaurants and supermarkets.
After selling the majority of his restaurant investments, Walter made a brief and lucrative foray into the world of telecommunications in the late 80s and early 90s, building a national long-distance phone company that eventually employed some 3,000 workers. A series of mergers and acquisitions positioned Walter and his business partners to make a multi-billion dollar sale of their company to Qwest Communications. From there, Walter began investing in, acquiring, and managing commercial properties, and does so to this day in partnership with his brothers and nephew.
